Good food, a quiet setting, and a great location for Kitzsteinhorn - Gletscherbahnen Kaprun AG. The pool, sauna, and ski storage room were very good. The apartment is spacious, with huge bathrooms, but it only has one toilet. It could do with more.

The host Daniel was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The SPA zone was clean, cozy, and a relaxing treat after full days hiking in the mountains. We found the facilities great, with comfortable, spacious, well-equipped rooms. Breakfast had plenty of choices for different preferences and food intolerances. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else if I’m in Kaprun again :)

They gave us a free room upgrade, and it turned out to be one of my best mountain experiences. The hotel was really clean, the food was good, and breakfast was all organic and healthy. Thanks to the hotel!

We stopped for dinner hoping to find authentic Austrian food. The staff were kind and service was quick. We ordered veal Wiener Schnitzel, roasted beef, Luis’s homemade salad, and kaiserschmarrn. Everything looked and tasted good, though nothing was outstanding. We were pleased.

We had a perfect ski trip last season and booked again for this season. The heated outdoor pool has a mountain view, and the hospitality was amazing. Best hotel in kaprun.
