There are good restaurants nearby, and the skibus stop is no more than 50m away. It’s a small, cosy studio that suits two people, with a balcony view of Kitzsteinhorn. Check-in and checkout were easy without contact, and parking is free. It’s a good base for skiing in the Kaprun/Zell am See/Saalbach area, even if it isn’t perfect. Just keep in mind there’s no skistorage in the building.

Nice, clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was smooth. I’d recommend it and would like to come back.

There was plenty of room, and the apartment had everything we needed for cooking and day-to-day living. It was spotless, with a lovely mountain view, and especially handy for getting to the lifts. We'd be glad to stay at apartment Elisa 3 again.
