The ski-in/ski-out access to the nearest slopes made things easy for our family of four. For the larger ski areas, Zell am See and Saalbach were a 20-30 minute drive, and both worked with the joint ski pass. Shops and restaurants were nearby, while the building itself stayed calm, with no loud après-ski or hallway noise. We spent a full week in apartment 3 at Appartement Bergfried, and found it clean, fresh, and modern. The small kitchen had what we needed for simple meals, and the bathroom felt especially fresh. There was no drying cabinet, but the hangers, hooks, and radiators were enough to get all our wet ski clothes dry by morning. We also appreciated the separate ski room and ski-boot dryer. Our hostess was very friendly and easy to reach. She arranged fresh breakfast bread each morning and suggested a lovely fondue restaurant that we really enjoyed. We had a relaxed, comfortable, memorable family ski holiday and would happily stay again.

I stayed with my mother and siblings, and we all felt relaxed and happy. The house was clean, the furniture cozy, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like home. We especially enjoyed the balcony view each day, particularly at sunset, and the quiet neighborhood was ideal for rest. Ms. Sarbina was elegant, kind, helpful, and understanding. Her hospitality made us feel so welcome that we're already looking forward to returning to stay with the gracious Ms. Sarbina. Thank you so much, Sabrina!

We'd happily stay again. The apartment was warm, clean, and well equipped, and the host was very attentive. It sits right by the slopes and close to the town centre.

The rooms are spacious with closets, the heating works well, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The place was very tidy and almost like new, with a great location right near the cable car. You can walk there, but with all our equipment we drove. There wasn't much snow, though it seemed like ski-in might be possible when there's more snow on the slopes.

A lovely view of Kaprun and a very nice host. For skiing, the location is great, practically right on the slope. We'll definitely return and recommend it to friends!
