A few steps from the gondola, this hotel is ideally placed for restaurants, après-ski spots, ski service, and a market. Rooms are modern and very clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and breakfast has a good variety. Great value for the price and location. Underground parking costs extra. There’s free storage for skis and ski boots in the underground parking area. And extra points for the two cats at reception, especially the grumpy one who clearly runs the place. 😁🐈

The spa was a real highlight, with a comfortable rest area overlooking the mountains. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel is very clean, with spacious, well-decorated rooms, and we had a very good stay. The location is excellent: one minute on foot to the supermarket and two minutes to the Maiskogel cable car, right in the city center. Free parking is available on site, though spaces are limited. We always found one. There’s also free parking two minutes away at the Maiskogel cable cars.

The Kaprun Summer Cards provided by the accommodation were a huge bonus and made our holiday special and cheap. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of specialties to choose from for a delicious, healthy start to the day. The spa and relaxation room were a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. We stayed four nights during our Alps vacation. The location was perfect and the service fantastic. Highly recommended.

The sauna has an awesome view. The cable car is right there if you leave with your ski equipment from the storage.

We stayed for three nights and found the rooms nice and tidy, with great service and a great location. There’s an underground garage. The only thing that could have been better was having some kind of ventilation in the rooms, like air conditioning or a fan, since evenings can sometimes be warm. Apart from that, everything was perfect!
