The apartment was even better than I expected, with two bedrooms, everything well equipped and organized, and a fabulous balcony overlooking the village of Kaprun. Pamela welcomed us at check-in and was very kind and generous. Before booking, I spent a long time looking for a suitable place in Kaprun, and the customer reviews mentioning how friendly and attentive the staff were, especially Pamela, helped me decide. We had an unforgettable stay. Great place and lovely people. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the Kaprun and Zell am See area. Definitely one of the best options you could find.

Pamela was lovely and showed me around when I arrived. The apartment is modern, tidy, and in perfect condition, with all the facilities you need. It worked really well for skiing in Kaprun, Zell am See, or Saalbach Hinterglemm. I'd definitely recommend PAM apartments.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy bedding. It felt comfortable, and the value for money was excellent for the quality and service. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, always happy to answer questions about the area or suggest things to do. We had a delightful stay in Kaprun, and this apartment was a big part of it. A big thank you all the way from Bahrain to Kaprun 🇧🇭. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, welcoming place with supportive staff.

Communication over WhatsApp was easy and smooth, and the host was friendly the whole time. Before we checked in, they let us know about a village festival and explained how to get into the property. At check-in they also shared useful suggestions for nearby places to visit. Everything was organized well, and the host's hospitality made a real difference. I highly recommend staying here.

I loved the mountain views from the windows, and the comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen made the apartment feel so welcoming. It was spotless and beautifully maintained from the moment I walked in. The location is right by Kaprun's attractions. Pamela made the stay especially memorable with her warm welcome and her tips as a local guide. She suggested Lake Zell trails and a charming little restaurant in town that I might otherwise have missed, and her advice about the Kitzsteinhorn glacier made a good day unforgettable. This was one of the best travel experiences I've had. I can't recommend the apartment enough for its location and a host who really cares. I'm already looking forward to returning and telling people to book here. Thank you, Sabine, for making my Kaprun trip so special. Your hospitality is pure gold!
