Katschberg Alpenhaus S / SML500

The ski room opens straight onto the piste, which was the best part for us. We stayed five days and had a great time. Our room was modern, roomy, and had everything we needed. A really good hotel and experience.

The apartment was comfortable and very spacious, with all the amenities we needed, and we had lovely views over the slopes. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d love to return next year.

We were two families with four children, staying five nights and six days. The place itself was lovely, but the stay was extremely disappointing. Both rooms had water dripping onto the beds from midnight until 9 a.m., including from several spots around the windows above the beds. Parents and children were affected, and we couldn’t rest properly. It ruined the last two nights. The toilet cistern was also leaking from the first day and hadn’t been adjusted properly. When I went to reception at night to report it, nobody was there. The same thing happened in the morning, until almost 8:30. We booked early and paid a lot, so expected better conditions and proper service. We didn’t get an apology or any discount.

We were a group of 14. At breakfast, they didn’t give us a receipt or record the payment, even though we paid because they wouldn’t let us leave otherwise. Half an hour later, they came after us saying we hadn’t paid. We asked them to check the cameras, but they wouldn’t.
