Petra was a fantastic host. She offered us toboggans and snowshoes at no charge, though we didn’t use them because we were busy skiing. Fresh rolls and bread can also be delivered to your door each morning. We had a fantastic winter holiday in this large, comfortable apartment for four, with two bedrooms and, especially useful, two separate bathrooms. The roomy kitchen was fully equipped and had a dining table. For skiing, the location between SFL and Kaunertal Gletscher gives you flexibility to choose according to the weather. It isn’t well advertised, but for just 4 Eur more than the SFL 6 days lift pass, you can buy the SKI 6 lift pass, covering SFL, Kaunertal, Fendells, Nauders and two more ski regions.

The terrace, garden, and 'hunter's room' on the ground floor were available to guests and great to use. We appreciated the option of bread service for breakfast. We had the upper apartment and used all four bedrooms, with four showers and three toilets. Everything was clean and tidy. The setting is wonderful, with a great view of the glacier except on the cloudiest days.

The location is amazing and the apartments are pretty nice, though the kitchen isn’t very well furnished.
