Ferienhaus Waldner

We were very satisfied with our second stay. The apartments are nice, new, and clean, with a bus stop nearby. The service was perfect, and the host was very helpful.

Feichten im Kaunertal is a gem, and Ferienhaus Waldner and Karin are the diamond. The location is beautiful and very scenic. My partner and a big group of friends had been coming for snowboarding for years, usually in April. He died last year, so I joined them this year in his memory. I don’t ski or snowboard myself, so I can’t comment on that, but the group and my partner loved it and came back every year. Karin is an excellent, thoughtful host who took care of everything we needed. The whole place is very clean and well equipped. I had a double room with an ensuite shower, modern and spotless, with everything you need. The Element Ry fig and sandalwood soap and hair and body wash are lovely, and toilet paper, towels, and a bath mat are included too. No need to use your luggage allowance on shampoo and shower gel. The white bed linen was crisp and clean, and the pillows and quilts were excellent. There are plenty of tables and seats in the breakfast room, plus a TV showing live cameras so you can see what the slopes and hiking routes might be like that day. Breakfast had a huge variety, all fresh and excellent quality: cereals, nuts, seeds, milk, yogurt, juice, eggs, rolls, bread, salami, ham, cheese, jams, nuttella, prunes, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners, and a toaster. I may have missed something, there was so much to choose from. In my opinion, you won’t be disappointed staying here. Many guests return again and again, so check for availability and see for yourself. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I did. Take care and happy travels.

We felt completely at ease in this fantastic holiday home, and the hostess was just as fantastic. The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful. The hostess is friendly and always available, and anything we needed, like a high chair, was arranged straight away. Breakfast is a varied buffet, with fresh eggs too. The location is very quiet but still close to the Quellalpin spa and the village. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The neighborhood is quiet, and there’s a ski room with a boot dryer. The apartment is clean and well equipped, and the owner is very friendly. A ski pass and a restaurant are nearby.
