I can't say anything about the location or the room since I never stayed there, though the photos look great. The service was terrible. I booked an apartment through booking after Christmas for New Year's Eve, and the booking was confirmed. Not long after, I got an email asking me to cancel because my dates apparently weren't available during such a busy period. I booked a full week, so presumably they're hoping to make more money from two separate bookings. It just shows the greed in this sad human race.

The upper apartment has a kitchen with a dining table and TV, plus two double bedrooms with big wardrobes and bathrooms. There's also a terrace shared with the neighboring apartment. Vergötschnerhof is in a lovely spot in the Kaunertal valley, with a great view, and its central location makes it easy to reach many peaks and the glacier. It's a very clean, tastefully furnished holiday home. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a combination oven/cooker, and a microwave are available, along with a TV with a USB port. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the owner is available for questions. Maps of the surrounding area are left on the table. Good service and an idyllic setting, and the apartment is kept clean and tidy.

Nice staff, and it's worth taking a look at what's going on here. I think every tourist should visit this place.
