The apartment was nice, but the way the charges worked felt pretty shady. We paid a lot in extra costs beyond what the booking site showed, including a €25 cleaning fee for each person. I wouldn't recommend it.

It was tidy and pretty good overall. Still, the key setup was awkward: one key kept in a key box doesn't work well for nine people. We also missed having a regular coffee machine, there are no sinks on this floor, and one shower isn't enough.

The kitchen was superb, and there was plenty of room to be comfortable. Right in the center of Kirchberg, with everything walkable and the ski bus stopping outside. Great value, and a good fit for big families or groups of up to 11.

The location is great and the accommodation itself was good, but I gave it one star because the dishwasher has reportedly been broken for over a year, according to reviews on Booking.com. The owner doesn't seem to think it needs fixing. I would've chosen somewhere else if I'd known that before booking. Maybe if more guests share their bad experiences, something will finally get done about it.
