Cozy Apartment in Kirchberg with Sauna

The personnel were great, and the hotel had a sauna and swimming pool included, plus parking. It’s right by the gondolas and ski shops. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with balconies, and the dining was delicious. Service was excellent.

The service felt rushed, and the food was poor for the very high price. We asked for the house wine but were charged for their most expensive bottle. Worse, the owner seemed clearly intoxicated and was incredibly rude to several guests during dinner. Some people left before finishing, and others even refused to pay. I’d avoid this restaurant. If you want good food, try one of the great authentic places closer to the village center instead of this tourist trap.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with breakfast having pretty much everything you could want. The rooms were absolutely clean, spacious, and modern, and there are apartments for families with more than three children. The building looks very nice too. Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Austria. All the staff, from waitresses and receptionists to cooks, were always very kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. We’d love to come back.

Our waiter suggested some fantastic dishes, and I’m glad we took his advice. The food and service were excellent. Thanks from the Irish skiers, you helped make it a fantastic week!
