Ferienhaus Hotel Rösslwirt

We only came for dinner and didn't stay at the hotel. The prices seemed fair for the quality, but most of the dishes were disappointing, including a simple salad that somehow wasn't done well. A few things were okay. The waiter came across as rude to us, answering sharply and seeming annoyed when we wanted to share a dish. He also clearly still expected a tip. We wouldn't recommend it.

I spent 2.5 weeks here for work and had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and ready to help. They arranged early breakfasts for the days we had to start work early, and when I left my phone charger behind, I called and they sent it to my home address. Thanks, team Rosslwirt! The room was clean and nice, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. There was plenty of choice at the restaurant, the food was really good, and prices were decent. Asking for a different side dish was no problem either.

The garden at Hotel Rösslwirt was such a lovely spot for drinks after dinner, and inside, the hotel kept its charming Tyrolean and Austrian style. I stayed for a week in Kirchberg with Riis Travel, on a bus trip from Denmark. The room, food, and service were all lovely, and the host couple and staff were warm, thoughtful, and keen to make us feel at home. I loved it ❤️ Our group had a lot to enjoy, both at the hotel and on excursions. We were there for the 32nd Flowerfestival/parade on 15. August, which was a wonderful thing to see. Locals had put together more than 20 colourful flower cars and vintage vehicles, decorated around fables, mythical creatures, and current and traditional events. There was also a market in the centre of Kirchberg, with Tyrolean music and dancing. Such a cosy, festive atmosphere. Kirchberg is beautiful, and Austria seemed lovely everywhere we went. It was a memorable trip, and I'll definitely be back. I can warmly recommend Hotel Rösslwirt and Riis Travel ❤️🌸

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, with great service and real extra effort even in high season. I'd recommend it!
