We came across this hotel while doing the Kaiserkrone trek, and we're so glad we stayed. The people were extremely kind, the property was beautiful, and both the room and food were lovely. Our room was spacious, and we only wished we could have stayed longer.

Dinner was the only part that didn't go smoothly. The waiters were all nice, but getting through the meal took about an hour and a half each time. Otherwise, we felt very welcome and comfortable here with our children. Our family of four had a clean, cozy room with enough space, and the food was fresh and delicious, mostly made with local produce. There was plenty for kids to do, including horse and pony rides, little carts to drive around the grounds, and animals to watch. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this family hotel.

The toboggan run was a real highlight. Staff were friendly, and the hotel itself was lovely. The rooms are simple but comfortable.

Hotel Kramerhof made for a perfect weekend. It’s a nice little find, close to the nearby ski slopes, with friendly staff, cozy, comfortable rooms, and good restaurant food. There are also lots of activities for families travelling with kids.

The sauna and other facilities were lovely, and breakfast was especially good. We really enjoyed staying here during our Kaiserkrone hike. I’d recommend it!
