motel22

The self check-in and checkout were simple and easy, and the studio was clean, nicely sized, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The Manner Wafers left on each pillow were a lovely touch. It's a little far from the city centre, but the price is reasonable, especially if you have a car. Parking spaces are limited, though there were plenty of spots along the road outside the main entrance. A wonderful stay at Motel22.

The internet wasn't working during our stay, and using the appliances was difficult. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. Check-in was confusing, and when we had an emergency around 15:00, nobody answered the phone or the call.

Everything looks very nice, and parking shouldn't be a problem. Check-in is entirely digital, with no staff on site. I felt the room quality and the value for the price could both be better. If they aren't, I'll choose another hotel next time.

The baby playground and the cleanliness were nice pluses. The rooms are huge, but there's no air conditioning and the beds are too soft. It doesn't feel as quiet as a hotel because you can hear and see people coming and going. They charge for dogs, but only if they notice you have one. :/ It's a long way from the city centre, so it suits people just passing through Vienna.
