Appartment 5 worked well for my husband, me, and our three kids, and I'd happily stay there again if I return to Vienna. It can comfortably fit a family of five or six. The heating system was excellent in cold weather, and the neighborhood was calm, with easy access and very friendly owners. The bus is just a few steps away, and several good restaurants are within walking distance. It was one of the cleanest places I've rented, including the bathroom, bedding, and towels. The kitchen had all the essentials: a large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, and kitchen supplies. Highly recommend!

The owner was friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was nice and clean, with a good location and public buses just a minute's walk away. It's also easy to reach from the airport. Strongly recommended.

The host was so kind and shared lots of useful details I hadn't found online, including how street parking is billed and public transport rules for kids under 15. The apartment was clean, and the location worked really well for us. We were very satisfied.

We arrived expecting the apartment we'd booked, but the owner said he'd moved us to a worse one on the other side of the city because the toilet was broken. He hadn't told us beforehand by phone or email, or asked whether we wanted our money back. He also wasn't there on time, then simply wished us all the best.

The air conditioning wasn't available at any point during our stay. When we asked the owner for the remote, he said we couldn't use it because the system was switched off.
