It's a really relaxing spot in a pleasant little town, and a great base for outdoor adventures and extreme sports. There's a lovely bike path along the river leading to bigger towns nearby. Rooms and beds were fantastic, and the staff made the whole place feel welcoming and cozy. You can't bring alcohol in, but the bar is reasonably priced, especially during happy hour. Keep in mind that apart from a few restaurants, everything closes on Sundays.

The owners were very friendly and gave us excellent service. They even opened the dining room especially for us that evening, where we could enjoy a wheat beer and a cigarette. Our room was good and clean, with a balcony.

The guesthouse is closed at the moment and is for sale. It has 11 rooms plus an owner's apartment, with 48 beds altogether. Close to Kitzbühel and in a sunny spot near the river, it could do very well after the pandemic. The building could also work as a private home or for business use.

With a staff like this, you can't lose. The guys are brilliant, and the ladies are too. I'd highly recommend the fantastic rafting and canyoning tours. For canyoning, you need to be fearless and without reproach. It takes some effort, but it's an amazing experience.
