We had a warm welcome, and the main ski lift is just a 5-7 minute walk away, with bars and restaurants even closer. These traditional Austrian appartements are in a great location in Kitzbuhel, with free parking and mountain views. The beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are stylish, with traditional Austrian furniture. Highly recommended!

The apartment is perfectly placed for the Hannemkam lifts. It's just a 5 minute walk to the cable car stations.

We got an upgrade to a larger apartment since it was mid-season. The place was lovely, clean, pet-free, and fully equipped, with parking at the apartment and a supermarket around the corner. Owner Verena gave us lots of tips and was always happy to chat. We also got a very friendly welcome, with a glass of schnapps and plenty of explanation. It's a quiet spot within walking distance of both the town center and ski lift. Highly recommended, and we'd love to return!
