The staff were the best part of our stay, friendly and so helpful. The concierge even arranged a spa appointment at the last minute, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, just a few feet from a Christmas market and a short walk from the slopes, shops, and restaurants. Our room was nice and comfortable. We had an excellent stay last month and would definitely recommend it.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a view of the mountain and the skiers. Service was professional and friendly, and the hotel is perfectly placed, just a short walk from the A1 Gondola. Wonderful hotel. I hope to come again.

The service was outstanding while I was there and afterward as well. The rooms are full of history and culture, and the hotel feels like a genuine piece of Kitzbuehel authenticity, carrying the spirit of the Alps.

We stayed during the last week of August, and being right in the town center made everything convenient. The location is also perfect for hiking and other outdoor activities. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable, especially Elena, the manager, for her exceptional hospitality.

The service was outstanding, and the ladies were very helpful, with great tips on where to ski and explore. I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is right in the town center among the restaurants and bars, and the ski lifts are a short walk away. My room was spacious, clean, and full of traditional charm. Breakfast was amazing, a really healthy Euro-style spread with eggs, pastries, smoked meats, fruit, and more.
