The hosts were very friendly, and we found the location and facilities great. A card gives you lots of free access around the area, which was a nice bonus. The meals were delicious, generous and high quality, so definitely don’t skip them. Service and hospitality were excellent, and the value was much higher than I expected. This has become my favorite spot in Austria!

Our family had a wonderful stay, and the kids loved the room’s bunk beds. The hotel food was far better than we expected. My one complaint is that there’s no air conditioning or other way to circulate air in summer.

Just outside Innsbruck, the hotel makes a great base for daily hiking and mountaineering trips, and the ski lifts are an easy walk away. The scenery is breathtaking, and dogs are welcome. We found the value excellent. The Tyrolean style rooms were cosy, and the staff were amazing. The wine list was great, and the cuisine even better. Breakfast is buffet style, with local produce and attention to detail. There’s a wide choice of starters, several main dishes and desserts. The chocolate fountain was my personal highlight. The in-house beauty and wellness resort has several saunas, a hot tub and a swimming pool, with massages and other treatments available. Nothing to complain about.
