Appartements Pöllhof

The apartment was clean, which I appreciated, and it has potential. Still, for what we paid, I expected the amenities to be better. There weren't enough dishes, cutlery, or glasses, and although there was a coffee maker, the pods provided didn't fit. The TV setup was awkward too, with just one remote for three TVs. The soaps looked visibly watered down. I would also have liked at least two dishwasher tablets, though that's a small thing. Some basic amenities are missing, and that took away from the stay given the price.

We keep coming back, and our dog always feels right at home here. The farm is beautifully kept, rustic, and in a fantastic spot, with a breathtaking view. The apartments are modern but still have Tyrolean style, and they're lovely, spacious, well equipped, and spotless every time. We never lack for anything. The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, and available whenever we need them.

The welcome was super friendly, and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It's been renovated beautifully, with great taste, and the bathroom is especially nice. Honestly, anyone who can find something to complain about here should just stay home.

Two hours before check-in, the host cancelled our accommodation without any explanation. I've had no reply to my messages or phone calls. The entrance area also felt unwelcoming: the door of an older house was open, and from the living area all I could see was a loose dog. The whole situation seemed very suspicious and was completely incomprehensible and unprofessional.
