Waking up to that amazing view was a treat. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the lodging was great. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and the chef served excellent meals. I had one of the best eggs Benedict I've ever tried. The staff at the Bichlalm lift took great care to make sure our luggage arrived at the hotel.

We spent New Year's here, and it was by far the best one we've ever had. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing, and we loved the food, the pianist, the view, and pretty much everything. Thank you!

The Kaiserschmarren at Bichlalm Kitzbühel is hands down the best I've ever had, so yes, you'll walk up that mountain. Halfway up, I wondered why I was putting myself through it, but one bite answered that question. It was completely worth it. Rustic charm, friendly service, and a view so good you forget your legs are on fire. Come hungry and leave happy 😃

Lunch at BichlAlm Berggasthof was one of my best experiences in Kitzbühel. We went on the last day of 2024, and the restaurant was packed on a beautiful afternoon with dashing weather. We sat on the balcony with phenomenal views, watching skiers come down the mountain. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were friendly, informative, and attentive. We started with cheese dumpling soup, which I think is the best in town. For my main, I tried lung soup. I'd never had lungs before and wasn't sure I'd like it, but it was scrumptious, cooked perfectly, and had no gamey taste. I'd definitely have it again. The KaiserschmarreN for dessert was the show-stopper, mouth-watering and a perfect finish to our last lunch of the year. If you're in Kitbühel, this is a place you don't want to miss.
