Buccara Apartments

Anne made our vacation memorable. She was exceptionally kind and helpful, and we’d gladly stay again. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped, in a beautiful location.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and arriving late was no issue. We found the building easily from the main road, with a private parking spot right beside it. Inside, the Penthouse had two balconies with excellent mountain views, plus a roomy living area, two cozy bedrooms, one large bathroom with a WC, and a second, smaller WC. It was well equipped too: a working fireplace, a nice kitchen with a wine cabinet, Bang & Olufsen Audio System, large TVs in all the main rooms, and wifi. The views over Kitzbühel and the mountains were pretty awesome. Easy to recommend.

We left just a few hours after arriving. The apartment was dark and noisy, and it wasn't as described. Our “garden view” unit had only one window, and it didn't look out onto a garden. A huge building site next door made the shared outdoor space unpleasant, with construction expected to continue until 2019. We'd contacted the owner months ahead, but this hadn't been mentioned. The place was dirty, and the “kitchen” was almost empty, with just one fork and no sharp knives.

We stayed for five days with our daughters, who were 8 and 9. The apartment is in a lovely residential area, in a fantastic location, and had everything we could need, from coffee and tea to shampoo, soap, and more. We felt very comfortable. The service was excellent from booking through departure, and we'd love to return.
