The food stood out, with quality ingredients and dishes that were prepared beautifully. We also felt well looked after throughout the stay, thanks to warm, attentive and professional service. The hotel’s location made things convenient and gave us lovely surroundings. It was a comfortable, luxurious stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

The restaurant was delicious, and they even let me use the Spa after checkout. I could leave my car there while skiing on my last day, too. The hotel is right by the hahnenkammbaun, so after a day out I could head straight to my toom for a swim and sauna. Great location.

The big problem was the noise. Our neighbors and, especially, dance music and bass from the bar next door were awful. The staff tried to move us, but the hotel was full. Ask for a room facing the mountain if you want to avoid it. The balcony view included the Hahnenkamm gondola and [loud] Pavillion Bar. The pictures show the hotel from the street and that view. Everything else was five star for us. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was the best I’ve had. The hotel itself is lovely and the location can’t be beat. We’ll stay again next time, and it’s ski in/out for sure.

The staff were warm and helpful, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and it worked perfectly for our family. The gondola and train station are right next door, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

After a long day skiing, I especially loved being able to throw myself into the sauna and pool. The staff were polite, warm and professional, and the food and service were spectacular. In the morning, the gondola is right across the street, which also makes the place handy for hiking and walking. I don’t give five stars often, but this hotel deserves it. I had an amazing stay and will come back on my next ski trip.
