The hosts speak English and German, are lovely to deal with, and can be reached by phone. Since they’re connected with Elements 3 for ski and guide hire, they can share useful advice and information without putting any pressure on you. The self-catered apartments have lovely rural and mountain views, and sit on a quiet road at the edge of town. The bus into town is close by and free if you have a ski pass.

The views across the fields to the mountains are lovely, and the place is well presented. It’s just beyond central Kitzbuhel but still within walking distance. The host was friendly and spoke English.

A clean, comfortable place to stay while skiing.

The location is great, and the apartment was very clean. We had an issue with the heating when we arrived, but it was fixed the following day. The staff are really friendly and easy to reach by phone whenever we have a question. A few everyday things were missing, including baking paper, salt and pepper, and some garbage bags. I also have to raise a privacy concern: our personal information was left visible at reception, and the door was always open with nobody there.

We found the apartments clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with friendly, helpful staff. There’s ski storage with boot dryers, and the ski bus stop is just 50 meters away. Kitzbühel’s historic center takes about 25 minutes to walk to. Highly recommended.
