It's about an 8-minute walk into town and a 9-minute walk to the ski bus, depending on the skis you have. The unit was clean and comfortable, with a parking space that was easy to access and security in the building. There isn't management on site, so you need to email and wait if you need anything. A phone call might work too, but I couldn't make international calls from my country.

There were enough parking spaces right by the entrance, and the elevator helped with our heavier luggage. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and easy to access even without reception. It was a good base for tours. One disappointment: the owner couldn't arrange a key for the locked balcony, even though it was part of the deal. Other neighbors didn't have this problem.

We only needed a simple place for a couple of nights in Kitzbühel, and Suiten Am Schloss was fantastic for our mini break. The rooms blend modern and traditional style, and the breakfast room had everything we needed. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed in one of the penthouses the week before Christmas and loved it. The views were incredible, and having parking on site was really nice. We hope to come back.

The rooms were amazing and huge, and breakfast was great. Easily the best hotel I've stayed at in a while.
