The room and both pools were fantastic, and the property is attractive and very well looked after. Reception was excellent too. But on the first night, the vegetarian soup was apparently the meat version with the pork pieces taken out, and ours still had little bits of pork floating in it. That’s not what most people asking for vegan or vegetarian food want. The coffee capsules in the room were mislabeled too. The green ones are decaf, but housekeeping puts them in random slots. Our room smelled of smoke and was quite hot. It faced the road, so with the windows open we heard traffic all night. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel, but it wasn’t the best we’ve stayed in for skiing, especially if you have strict dietary requirements. Consider other options or book half board.

Getting to the ski area was easy, with a free shuttle in the morning and a simple free bus ride back in the afternoon. The food was excellent and service friendly. The hotel is beautifully renovated and modern, with very spacious rooms and excellent amenities. I highly recommend it.

We had such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was great, and everyone, including the director who looked after us, made us feel so welcome. The rooms are amazing, and so is the food. The six Aussies loved it.

I left my passport at this hotel and asked them to send it to my next destination by priority express, which was guaranteed to take two days. They charged me and emailed confirmation of the “express” shipment, but it turned out they sent it by regular mail. My passport didn’t arrive in time for my return, and the whole trip became a nightmare. Worst of all, after I emailed them about what happened, nobody replied or called to apologize or ask what they could do. Stay away from these people. You find out what they’re really like when you need them.
