The bar has a great feel, with good music, and draws people who aren’t staying at the hotel too. The restaurant is just as good, with quality food presented beautifully. It’s a stylish place with a really nice atmosphere, right in the city centre. You can hardly ask for a better location. Highly recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and have balconies, and the hotel sits just at the edge of the city centre. The furniture and fixtures are beautifully chosen, with exceptional design throughout. One drawback is the restaurant schedule: it only opens on certain days and for limited hours, which is inconvenient for guests.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. In bad weather, they offered no support or help, and direct calls went unanswered for hours. A waste of time and money. I’m curious what kind of ChatGPT response they’ll post to this comment.

We were close to the centre, and just a couple of minutes’ walk from the first cable car station. When we arrived, parking out front made unloading easy, and the staff parked the car and put our ski gear in the ski room. We were welcomed with champagne and smiles, and everyone was lovely. Booking was easy too, with a receptionist who was really helpful and informative. Our room was spacious with a great balcony, though a coffee machine would have been nice. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice, fresh fruit, juices from a juicer, and very attentive service. Lunch was tasty as well, and the service was lovely. The spa was great, and Elena, the masseuse, was fantastic. The staff even brought me a delicious marble cake for my birthday. Our cleaning lady was friendly, flexible about timing, and kept the room spotless. We could communicate a little since she was Hungarian-Ukrainian. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Kitzbühel.
