Villa Anna was a lovely place for our stay in charming Kitzbühel. We were only a few minutes on foot from the town center, about 9 minutes from either train station and the gondola, and the bus stop was right there if needed. We never had to take a bus. There is a warm locker room at the villa for skis and boots, or you can rent a ski locker at the gondola. We stayed in the Birchlalm one-bedroom apartment on the main floor. It had lots of space, a view of a quiet street and the mountain top, and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. The rooms and amenities were perfect. The owner replied to all our questions almost instantly. We'd definitely rent it again on our next trip to Kitzbühel!

The location was perfect, with Woody’s bar opposite for a nightcap, and a nice Chinese restaurant close by where we got takeaway to enjoy in the cozy comfort of Anna's Villa. The kitchen had all the essentials for making a proper meal for hungry skiers. This lovely apartment was just the right size for two, with storage for ski gear and possibly the best shower known to man for warming up after chilly days on the slopes. Villa Anna made our trip even better. On arrival it exceeded our expectations, and Anna even made a lie-in possible on checkout day after we cheekily asked. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Kitzbuhel.

We had a great ski holiday with our kids and extended family, and would definitely book here again. The apartment was spacious, nicely presented, and had more than enough facilities. The house is right in the centre, close to everything.

The place was clean and in good condition, and close to the railway station. But all the rustic decorations gave off a nasty smell.

The owners were easy to communicate with, and the place felt like a peaceful oasis with Wi-Fi. Villa Anna is close to the town center and easy to reach by car, bus, or train. The apartments are spacious and modern, with well-equipped kitchens and the views we were hoping for. It’s a fantastic location in Kitzbühel, a hidden gem you almost want to keep to yourself.
