I loved the area so much that after spending a week with my family in another apartment somewhere in KleinArl, I decided to stay on my own for six more days. Luckily, Emmi's place still had a room available that summer. I spent my days taking a couple of hikes alone and enjoying a break from my responsibilities at home. Each morning the lovely owners greeted me warmly at breakfast. After a hot hike, I could cool off in the pool, then read on the comfortable garden loungers. My clean, comfortable room had a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains and stars at night. The wifi was excellent, so I could get some work done too. The owners take great care of their guests. It’s a tranquil, friendly gem in KleinArl. Thanks for having me! I’d love to return and explore the area in another season.

There was little focus on customers, no clear information about what services were available, and the owner provided too little information.

We were very impressed on our first visit. The location is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the owner. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was clean and tidy.

The change to the Wagrain swimming pool hours could have been a hassle, but the owner quickly found us another option. That kind of service really deserves more than five stars. Thank you again for the lovely room, great breakfast, warm hospitality, and especially for looking after us so well. Best wishes, the Finkenzellers
