The scenery is beautiful, and there were great activities for both kids and parents. The staff were warm and professional, and the rooms were nice.

Being so close to the ski lift made getting there easy, and the room worked well for a family. We were comfortable bringing our dog, too. The included menu choices were limited and not very child-friendly, though, with little variety to suit different tastes. The pool water was too cold, and the juice bar and dessert options weren't especially suited to children.

The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us useful tips for places to visit. We had a lovely time, and the hotel is well cared for, with spacious, clean rooms and a small farm with animals. The pool and saunas were also in great shape. It's a lovely place, especially for families with young children. We'd definitely come back.

The food was top notch, and they even put out an extra snack for when you return from the slopes, alongside the breakfast and dinner you pay for. We spent 10 days here and felt at home thanks to how welcoming everyone was. It was an amazing stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I wish I'd fasted. The food was covered in oil and so horrible that even a starving homeless man would struggle with it. I felt so bad after eating that I was thinking of sticking my fingers down my throat to bring up the vile stuff I'd just put in my mouth. We waited ages to be seated, and I had to get the menus myself. They couldn't do one thing that would earn even a single star.
