The staff were great, and the hotel had good food made with quality products. There are two indoor pools and two outdoor pools, plus a spa, a large kids' room, a theatre for shows, a gym, a spinning room, and a quiet room. The rooms are nice and spacious, with balconies. Parking was the downside. People don't go outside, so if you take the car for a day trip, finding a space can be difficult.

The buffet was amazing, and the resort was lovely and clean. There was always plenty to do, though you could also do nothing if that's what you wanted. The entertainment was great, but with kids aged 13 and 10, we didn't stay out late much. We'd definitely come back!

We had a lot of fun at the hotel's nightclub. We were there for a corporate event, and the service, staff, resort, and food were all great. The slopes were right next to the hotel, which made things really convenient. Thanks so much!

We've stayed here twice now and weren't disappointed either time. Even during the difficult times due to Covid 19, the hotel did everything humanly possible to make a holiday feel as normal as it could. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent, and the hotel is spotless and perfectly maintained. The facilities are superb too. I only wish the indoor pools were a little warmer, especially the baby pool, and that the rooms had tea and coffee making facilities. Otherwise, nothing to fault. We'll definitely return.

I came back with a good feeling after a weekend here with colleagues. The staff were amazing, the rooms clean and tidy, and the food was good. The bar was great, the sports facilities top notch, and the swimming pool was in good condition. It would've been nice to have an ironing board in the room.
