We were really happy with our choice. The host family was very friendly, and our rooms were lovely with a fantastic bathroom. The place feels even nicer once you're there than it might seem at first. Breakfast had everything we could need and was excellent. There was also a new ski storage room that could double as bike storage in summer. We stayed at the beginning of May with our two children.

Our son was even allowed to take some French toast home, a lovely gesture from the very friendly, accommodating owners. We spent three nights there with our two children and had a spacious family room. The bathroom hadn't been renovated yet, but we still liked the room. It was a bit too warm for us at night, though opening the window in winter made it too cold. The mountain view quickly put us in holiday mode. The breakfast room felt cozy, and breakfast was delicious, with fresh ingredients and baked goods every day. For an extra charge, you can get a snack platter or light meal for dinner or on the go; ours was tasty and generous. The ski storage room was top-notch, and there was also a nice lounge with a small kitchenette and games. From this great location, ski slopes, walking paths, and other activities are easy to reach. We'd gladly return in spring or summer, or next winter.

Our second-floor room had a fantastic mountain view. The cross-country ski track begins right by the parking lot, and the hotel was clean from the ski storage room all the way up to the attic. Breakfast was good, served in a modern but cozy room, and the hosts were friendly. I'd gladly recommend staying here.

We were welcomed so warmly and courteously during our two-day stay as a couple at the Wildanger Hotel. The comfort room really did feel comfortable, and its balcony was lovely in the afternoon with evening sun. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was excellent. We look forward to coming back.

The hosts made us feel so welcome, especially with the children, and the spot is ideal for cross-country skiing, sledding, and plenty more. We loved our clean, quiet new room and its great view, and breakfast was excellent. We stayed two nights and would happily return. ☺️
