The staff handled our lively family and our rowdy Danish ways brilliantly, even though we probably weren't the easiest guests. The food was filling and, for the price, better than just OK. Our room was at the far end of the top floor. With its sloping ceilings and bathroom, it wasn't really designed for adults, especially anyone over 180cm trying to stand straight. The bathtub was a nice plus. This is a hotel for people watching their budget. It's quite a walk from the lifts, and even with a ski bus stop down the hill, the uphill walk back each evening is 10 min+ . Taxis aren't available in Kleinarl...

The food keeps us coming back: breakfast has plenty of sweet and savory choices, and dinner is a delicious, lovingly made three-course meal. The rooms are lovely, the views are stunning, and service is excellent. This was our second stay, and we’re already planning our winter vacation here next year. Highly recommended! See you in January 2027. Until then! 👍😃🍀

Dinner was really tasty, and the prices were reasonable overall, except drinks at dinner cost about the same as on the slopes. Breakfast could use something hot besides boiled eggs, though the cocoa was delicious!!! I recommend it.

The beds are good, but the decor feels a bit old, including the shower, which seems from the seventies. Breakfast was a little sparse: not much choice of fillings, just two Kaiser rolls per person, and no croissants.

The food was plentiful and delicious every day, with fresh soup, a main course, and dessert. I have a lactose intolerance, and they dealt with it straight away. After dinner, the lady of the house had lactose-free yogurt and milk ready for me the next day. So kind! I could even ask for extra soup. It’s a quiet, family-friendly place. The location isn't right by the ski lift, but the price takes that into account. Our room was basic but fine, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space. We also had an excellent balcony. The bed was made daily, and towels were changed as needed. My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay.
