The food is awesome, especially the rösti, with plenty of vegetarian choices. Service is great, dishes arrive quickly, and the staff are lovely. The inside is super cosy, and the sun terrace is fab. I’ve been coming to Alberg for over 20 years, and Bergaus Stuben is always on my list. One of the best places in the resort for lunch and a drink!

I can’t comment on the hotel, but I’ve had lunch at Berghaus for years, including under the previous ownership. There’s new management now, and nothing has changed. The food is excellent, with a classic menu, good value, and top service. When it’s sunny, the terrace is one of the best in the Arlberg; indoors it’s just as cosy, with plenty of room. If you’re in Stuben for lunch, Berghaus is still the place to go.

I’ve been coming to stuben for over 20 years, and berghaus has always been a staple. The original closed a couple of years ago, but it’s reopened under new ownership. The new owners are a really pleasant surprise. They’re doing a brilliant job with the service and keeping the atmosphere and quality associated with the name berghaus. I had a brilliant rösti and a kaiserscare that truly embodied the spirit of stuben. I’ll definitely be back for more and a lovely chat with the amazing staff!

The Kaiserschmarren took 45 minutes to arrive, even though we had to remind them about it and were the only guests from 14:30 to 15:30. When it finally came, it was undercooked and not at all as it should be. The cordon bleu's “modern” panko twist looked unappetizing and didn't feel authentic, especially at €30. The food was very mediocre, and lunch was a big disappointment. Not worth it.

The view is breathtaking, and the food was very good. The new owner has things on the right track, with an excellent kitchen team.
