Sabine was friendly, helpful and sorted out any issues. We'd love to come back. The house is in an idyllic spot on the outskirts of Kötschach, in a residential area of detached homes. Guests can enjoy the very large garden and use the barbecue.

Sabine gave us a warm welcome, was very friendly and shared tips for things to do. We booked her small apartment, which was lovely and just right for two adults and two small children. There are two little ski areas nearby, one of them groomed, and a free bus to the larger ski area at Nassfeld. I highly recommend her apartment building.

Small apartments close to the swimming pool and ski resort. ☺
