Dear Lydia, thanks so much for the warm hospitality and lovely place to stay. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a handy place downstairs for our ski gear. The family-friendly Vorhegg ski area is a 10-15 minute walk away, and the chairlift goes 3 km up the mountain to a fantastic run, even for picky skiers. We’d be happy to come back!

We had such lovely days in and around Landhaus Zoppoth. It’s welcoming and comfortable, with the smell of freshly laundered towels and linens in the air. Nature is just around the corner, and you can hear the cheerful voices of children drifting up to the balcony. Warm wishes from Eddy and Jet Kole in Hengelo, The Netherlands.

There’s a really big garden, and the people are very friendly. The rooms are top-notch too, modern, clean, and well maintained. S. Glock/A. Kollmitzer
