Die Gailberghöhe

We were staying at the campsite and went over for dinner. The meal was delicious, and the service was even better. Prices were nice, and the attention was quick and good. I’d recommend it to everyone.

There’s a huge secure garage, plus a workshop and a place to wash your bike. The rooms are clean, the food is excellent, and the service is great. The owners and staff do everything to make you feel at home. The location works well for breathtaking motorbike rides on famous mountain passes and scenic roads. I’m a biker, and this is the place for bikers to stay. It’s also excellent for families and people who don’t ride. It’s right at the top of my list.

After a long day riding, it was great to come back to a good meal and good beers. Breakfast was good too, though get there early if you want one of the tasty sweet buns. The staff are very friendly, and the beds and showers are decent. We spent a full week here with six people and our motorcycles. The bikes can stay in the garage, and there’s an area to wash them, inflate the tires and use a few tools for repairs. Some rooms are huge and others smaller, but all are nice and clean. It’s not the most modern place, but everything worked except the TV in room 37. A very good stay overall, with a few minor flaws.

There’s plenty of free parking and a big playground for the kids. We enjoyed lunch, dinner and even a small pie, the apfelstrudel is one of the best! The view, hospitality and food were all amazing. The piano in the living room area adds to the relaxed atmosphere.
