The place was nice, clean, and good value. I stayed in appartment 17 in Junuary, and the heater worked properly and the water was hot enough. I'd seen comments saying it was cold, but that wasn't my experience in this particular room. The WiFi was the only problem. With self check-in and no reception, I couldn't fix it myself.
8/10
It's about a 15-minute walk from DUP. The service was excellent, and breakfast had a good range of food, enough for me. My fridge wasn't working, but when I told the manager, they replaced it straight away.

Great option for a biking trip, with self-service.
8/10
The location is top-notch, and the room was clean with very extravagant furnishings. For the price, the value is absolutely perfect. It was perfect otherwise and you can book it, but the room smelled of sewer at times and the elevator wasn't working, so I'm taking off a star.
6/10
Each room has its own theme, which is a nice touch. It's okay location-wise, around a 10-minute walk to the center of Krems. The internet and TV didn't work, though. All in all, it was okay.
