The owner is very friendly and still takes a personal approach, even though the rooms are modern. This quaint old inn is up on higher ground, and the food is excellent and comes quickly. It’s a great base for hikes and definitely worth visiting. Take the train to Krieglach station, then call a taxi.

Rudi and his team deserve a thank you. The friendly, welcoming staff offer lots of excellent food choices and can accommodate special dietary needs. It’s a great place for a post-hike meal, a family celebration, or just a casual visit. Highly recommended!
