Birgit is amazing. I left my power bank there two years ago, before the corona pandemic, and she returned it to me. The apartments are very nice, and I highly recommend them! 👍

Getting to the cable car is easy, about 500 meters from the apartments, and the on-site ski depot works well for storing skis. There's also a small shop opposite with the essentials. The rooms themselves were large and clean, and the accommodation was fine, but parking was a real issue: there are very few spaces and finding one is difficult. The kitchen is spacious but oddly short on counter space. It has a coffee machine and a few pods are complimentary, but it's a professional model, so regular pods won't work; you have to buy them downstairs in the restaurant. The shower cubicles are tiny, and I struggled to fit. The towels were poor quality, just one hand towel and one bath towel, and you can only exchange them on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Cleaning isn't included, which felt disappointing for what we paid for a week. At checkout, guests have to take out the rubbish, even though they charge €150 to clean the apartment. I find it ridiculous to charge that much and still make guests take out the trash. I also had to argue with the owner over a refund of almost €6 after the amount was miscalculated, since children pay less tourist tax than adults. It took a while to explain, and the whole thing was embarrassing.

The 600m walk to the gondola was manageable even with our youngest children. The apartment suited our needs well, and the furnishings were okay.

We had a wonderful time in this clean, lovely apartment, with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. It's a five-minute walk to the gondola, and there's now a prime spot at the brand-new ski depot near it, which gave us our own space. We'll definitely come back.
