The location is pretty much perfect, with all sorts of things nearby. The owner is the sweetest lady, and if you behave normally and clean up after yourself, you can use her plates and cooking equipment. Overall, the stay was fine, though the cleaner annoyed me quite a bit and it didn't ruin the whole visit. We had to ask for the toilet key when we arrived. The shower never had warm water, and it wasn't fixed during our entire two-week stay. The cleaner sometimes moved or tossed our things around, including washcloths, swimwear and towels, in ways that left us wondering why she'd touched them. Towels would sometimes disappear, so we'd have to ask for replacements; other times, dirty ones were hung back on the rack. The toilet also flushes for a strangely long time but weakly, and after a while it can start to smell because it hasn't flushed properly.

We had a family room with two separate bedrooms and felt very comfortable. The guesthouse is beautiful, clean and well kept, and the hosts were welcoming, helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was prepared with real care, including homemade fruit, jam and cakes. If you ask, you can also get a platter of regional sausage and cheese. Lake Klopeiner See and its cozy restaurants are nearby, and everything is easy to reach on foot. We'll definitely recommend the guesthouse.

The breakfast was delicious and more than generous, with extra fruit or homemade pastries always on offer. The hosts are warm and friendly, and they really make you feel like the guest comes first. We'll certainly return.

It's an older, cozy guesthouse, and the rooms are simply furnished. The Wi-Fi signal was weaker, but the owner was pleasant and looked after breakfast and room cleanliness very well. We could store our bicycles and park in the yard in front of the guesthouse. We brought pets too, and that caused no problems. We were satisfied. 👌

The breakfast was fantastic, with vegetables freshly picked from the garden, and the place has a warm family atmosphere. It's a lovely, cozy guesthouse in a great spot, with the lake, restaurants and promenade all within walking distance.
