Breakfast was a real highlight, a generous buffet with drinks, fruit, and different kinds of bread that made for a lovely start to the day. Sandrine, Suzanne, and Sylvie were all wonderful hosts, welcoming us warmly and genuinely keen to make our holiday special. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Burg 1990, close to the ski lift and well placed for exploring the whole area. This was the most beautiful apartment we’ve ever stayed in on our vacations in Austria. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff made the place feel warm and homey, always being kind, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, too. We stayed in August, and this was the best hotel of our trip. The apartments were new, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. The location made it easy to explore the area with kids, and we could get around by cable car or bus without needing the car.

We chose a one-bedroom apartment and were glad to be able to make some light meals for our toddler. Our daughter also loved the playroom. The hotel is about five years old, so everything is still in pristine condition. It was our first visit to Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis, and we were looked after from the start. We arrived a little late, but our keys were already waiting at reception. We sorted out the remaining details after breakfast the next day, then got a thorough explanation of activities in the area. We had a really good stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. Nothing to complain about.

We appreciated that they arranged ski depots right by the lift, so we didn’t have to carry our gear. The nearest lift is only a couple of minutes away on foot. We’d booked a two-room apartment and were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a spacious three-room one. Breakfast was very nice, and the hotel and its services felt carefully thought through. Great location and views, extraordinary service, and a standout hotel for our skiing holiday. Thanks to Sandrine for her hospitality and for making everything run smoothly.
