Edelweiss Ladis

The terrace has both lounge and table seating, though it could use some attention. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, in a quiet villa with a lovely view at the edge of the village. The cable car is only a two-minute walk away, while getting into the village takes a little longer. Recommended.

We were very happy with the apartment, and my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. It was spotless and everything was in order. The long balcony gets evening sun and can be reached from both bedrooms. We picked up the Super.Summer.Card at the Sonnenbahn valley station using the QR code, even before collecting the keys. There are two double bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, plus another large wardrobe with a safe in the living room. The dining table is roomy, and there's a separate TV area. One bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The kitchen has a filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, SodaStream, plenty of dishes, and a large dishwasher. The fridge is spacious but has no freezer compartment. There are only two cooktops, but the oven and microwave meant I could still cook and keep food warm. The place is next to the Sonnenbahn cable car and hiking bus. Mini M Preis in Ladis is about a 10-minute walk, or the larger M Preis in Fiss is a 5-10 minute drive.

We felt safe and really comfortable here. The service was top-notch, and the cable car and a shop in town are both less than 5 minutes away. We'll definitely come back! 😀

Parking by the apartment is limited, so sometimes it takes a bit of searching. Communication could also be clearer: the guest website isn't always easy to use, and reception is open only from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. Luckily, emails get answered quickly and the team is easy to reach by mobile phone. We stayed again this summer in an Edelweiss Ladis apartment within Alpenresorts Ladis Deluxe and were satisfied overall, just as we were last year. It was clean, well kept, and practically furnished, with everything needed, including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, and kettle. The receptionist is friendly and clearly tries hard, even though her English is limited. The maintenance man was especially helpful and friendly. The website lists luxury facilities such as a jacuzzi or spa, but they are about 1.5 km away rather than in the Edelweiss building. That led to an awkward mix-up with another tenant, and we're sorry about it. All in all, we're still happy and hope for a few small improvements.
