The spa was fabulous, and the dinners were amazing. Such a wonderful hotel, with a welcoming hostess and staff. Thank you so much. I wrote a more detailed review on Tripadvisor. Alexander

The food was incredibly delicious, and the pool and wellness facilities were fantastic to enjoy every day. The staff were very friendly and the rooms clean. We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel is a great choice for summer hiking, with many trails nearby.

The food was really good, especially dinner, and the spa was great too. The hotel has its own particular charm. Just be aware it's 2.5km up a hill, so in heavy snow you may need chains to drive there.

The setting is breathtaking, and inside the hotel felt warm and quiet, almost like being at home. Our room was spacious and just right, and everywhere was spotless. The staff were professional and very polite. Breakfast had a generous range, and I liked choosing dinner in the morning; there was plenty of food then too. Drink prices seemed reasonable. Everything met our expectations, so I honestly don't understand the bad reviews.

We had the superior double with a balcony, and the room was just right: plenty of space, a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, good lighting, and enough closet room. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great aesthetics. The pool and sauna were so enjoyable that we didn't feel we needed the Aqua Dome discount. There were towels and free drinks, and the atmosphere and view were wonderful. Staff were kind, attentive, and helpful, and the food was varied and delicious. Special thanks to the kitchen team for breakfast and dinner. I'd love to stay again.
