The place is beautiful, spotless, and, above all, so welcoming. Andrea, Andreas, Vreni, and the rest of the team did everything they could to make our Christmas week feel really special and memorable. I’d give our stay at Hotel Lech six stars in a nanosecond. If we return to Austria, we’d make a special trip to stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they spoke English, which was helpful for travelers. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony view. The food was very good too. If you’re skiing, you can get lift passes at the hotel and avoid the lines and hassle.

For a hotel that’s supposedly “3 Star,” this place is outstanding. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is terrific and inventive. There’s a handy ski room for your gear, plus a sauna, steam room, and self-serve espresso available 24 hours. It’s an easy walk to Lech and the lifts. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance.
