The Jochum family are so welcoming and clearly put a lot of heart into the guesthouse. We felt comfortable the whole time. It's in a quiet, prime location, and the price felt absolutely reasonable. Our room was lovely, cozy, clean, and spacious enough. The bathroom even had a bathtub, with plenty of room left over. The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted. We'll happily come back anytime, and it's dog-friendly! ***** EXCELLENT! *****

The welcome we received was unfriendly and arrogant. The rooms were far too small, and the house felt remote. Having stayed in Lech for years, we've had nothing but nice places before this. Other guesthouses mentioned the lack of snow, apparently with their guests in mind, but there was no such heads-up here. The reviews don't match what we experienced. There are much nicer places with considerably better locations in the Arlberg, and this was poor value for money. Stay away.

We felt at home here and are already looking forward to coming back. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a magnificent view, and the location was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were welcoming. Barbara Jochum, the manager and heart and soul of the house, deserves a special mention. Simply wonderful!

It's a wonderfully down-to-earth guesthouse in the upscale Lech region, with excellent value for money. Dogs are welcome to come along, too.
