I’d rate it closer to 3 out of 5, but the staff are so kind and do everything with care, so I’m giving 4. The menu is varied enough that everyone can find something, and the food was very good. I also appreciated being able to buy homemade schnaps, speck, or cheese. A few small things could be better, like serving margarine instead of butter and using long-life milk. The rooms are very basic and tiny, and there’s barely room for two people to move around. The worst part was the very old, squeaky bed, which couldn’t be replaced.

A calm, family-like place with very welcoming people and fantastic local food. There are llamas, hens, ponies, and cows, and it’s easy to relax here. Highly recommended if that’s what you’re looking for.
