The apartments are always clean and have everything you need. The Niedermoser family are so warm and welcoming, and happy to share tips about outings and restaurants. The bread delivery is a great bonus. Asitzbahn's valley station is close enough to walk to from the accommodation. It's a beautiful area, perfect for summer hikes and a winter sports enthusiast's dream. We always love coming back :)

We've been returning for years and always look forward to seeing the lovely Niedermoser family again. The apartments are comfortable, with beautiful views, and the host family is friendly and attentive, making it easy to feel at home. The lift is only about a 10-minute walk away, so there's no need to search for parking.

We've been staying at the Niedermoser family's holiday homes for almost 20 years. All three apartments are beautifully furnished, the breakfast service is excellent, and the family is simply wonderful. Based on our very positive experience, I can highly recommend the Niedermoser holiday home.

We felt warmly welcomed, and there were pastries and fresh eggs for us each morning. The room was spacious and clean, with parking right in front of the house, and we could keep our bikes in a lockable shed. The location was perfect and the value for money excellent. We'd love to return!

The evenings were quiet and peaceful, and the ski slopes are top-notch. Hutten is still a truly authentic part of the village. From the house, it's a 10-minute walk to the ski lift along the river, a route that never gets boring. There's a nice ski depot at the house, plus a paid one at the lift.
