The room was spotless and comfortable, with such a lovely atmosphere I honestly didn't want to leave. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The whole space feels elegant and full of quality, with thoughtful design down to the smallest detail. Breakfast was amazing too, with a great range of fresh, high-quality choices. An outstanding stay, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend it!

The rooms are nice, but from the back side of the hotel on the first floor you can hear the music from Little Londen loud and clear until midnight or 1 a.m. We called reception many times, but they didn't fix it.

Everything was okay, but it felt a bit pricey. At €320 a night, a fridge and a coffee machine would have been nice.

We had a balcony and a mountain view from our room. The hotel is very well located, with hiking trails close by and different restaurants and coffee options just 1 to 8 minutes away on foot. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

I had an amazing time on the E-bike I rented from the property, riding 15 km along an off-road trail through the woods and beside the lake. A real once-in-a-lifetime experience. Anke can tell you more about hiking, bike rides, and other activities, and there are maps and guidebooks by the front desk. The property has lots of equipment for nearby activities too. The place is huge, clean, and has plenty of shared space to relax. Martin and Anke are down-to-earth, lovely people who make sure you're comfortable, and the staff are friendly and happy to suggest food and local specialties. Such a great find. Strongly recommended for travelers!
