The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is nice, but I found it hard to rest. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and noise from the neighboring rooms came through clearly, especially chairs being moved from around 7 in the morning. The sound insulation is poor, so it was difficult to fully relax despite the pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed for four nights this summer and found the hostess very friendly and helpful. She gave us suggestions for things to see and do nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, and had been disinfected because of COVID-19. Mountains surround the property, and outside there are go-karts for children to play with. We’d highly recommend it.

The staff were unfriendly, the sauna was dirty, and the breakfast bread was hard. There also weren’t enough proper beds for the number of guests, and the sofa beds were uncomfortable. After many visits to the Flachau Area, I’d say this hotel falls well below the others. It made for a terrible holiday experience, and I can’t recommend it. Better to choose somewhere else and pay a few Euros more. (Of course this is not my real name!)

We stayed six nights in August 2017. It was very clean, in fact the cleanest place I’ve stayed, with spacious accommodation and a warm welcome. The kids loved it, and the location was very good. The price was reasonable too.

A clean, tidy place and a great stay. Highly recommend it. Just remember to bring soap and shampoo, and a soap dish if you plan to wash dishes by hand.
